Tokeland Marina

The quiet working end of Willapa Bay

Tokeland Marina sits at the north end of Willapa Bay, on the point that gives the town its name. The Port of Willapa Harbor runs roughly forty acres here — commercial and recreational moorage, two seafood servicing buildings, a high dock, a public fishing pier, a boat ramp and an RV park. This is a working harbor, not a tourist marina, and that is the appeal. Dungeness crab comes over these docks and the boats tied up are the ones that caught it. Tokeland is the end of the road in the literal sense: Highway 105 curls out onto the point and stops. Most people come for the crab, the historic hotel and the quiet, in about that order.
