The South Beach Parks and Recreation District (SBPR) is a special district created in 1989 that serves residents of Grays Harbor County and Pacific County in southwest Washington. The district provides beach access, picnic areas, and sports facilities for outdoor enjoyment in the scenic coastal setting, which includes popular spots like Twin Harbors State Park and the Westport Marina.
